What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. If you need some flexibility, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Is there private parking? Is public transport available?
Yes. The apartment has private parking right outside the property, so you will not need to worry about finding a space during your stay. There is also a bus stop nearby with connections to Siena city centre.
How many guests can stay in the apartment?
Sotto Toscana can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The main bedroom features a 180 × 200 cmSuper King bed, while the second room has a high-quality 140 × 200 cm sofa bedwith an exceptionally comfortable mattress designed to provide a sleeping experience comparable to a conventional bed.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes. The apartment has air conditioning and an air-source heat pump system to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.
Is high-speed WiFi available?
Yes. You will have free high-speed internet thanks to Starlink, ideal for remote working as well as streaming services such as Netflix on the Smart TV using your own account.
Are pets allowed? Is a baby cot available?
At the moment, pets are not allowed at Sotto Toscana. Besides, we do not provide a baby cot.
